RETURNS – WARRANTIES – FAQ

Any online purchase can be returned for exchange or credit just by signing into your account. We ask that you do this within 30 days of purchase.

 

RETURN GUIDELINES:

Unused Items

  • To be considered unused, it must:
    • Be in its original packaging
    • Show no signs of use as scuffs, stains, dirt, or marks that show wear
    • Still be in the original condition with all tags still attached
  • Once the item is received at our office credit will be issued.

 

Used Items

  • Can only be returned at our retail store or by calling 605-336-7131
  • Sticks, jocks and mouthguards cannot be returned

 

STICK WARRANTY

  • All stick warranties are handled directly by each manufacturer, and they generally have a 30-day warranty from the purchase date.
  • Leave all stickers on the stick for the warranty to be valid.

FAQ

  • Are skates sent out sharpened?
    • No, they are sent unsharpened so you can have them done to your specifications
  • When are orders shipped
    • We try to ship orders out within 3 business days of receipt of your order
  •  I would like to order something not listed on your website
    • Please call our retail store 1-605-336-7131 during business hours or drop us an email and we will see how we can help you
  •  I want to exchange my order
    • It is handled the same way as a return. Just return the item for credit and purchase the correct item.
  •  I have baked and sharpened my new skates, can I return them
    • We are sorry, no. They are considered a used item.
  • Is shipping refundable?
    • Shipping is not refundable
  • When will I see my refund on my account
    • Please allow 2-4 business days from receipt at our store to process the return. Once the return is processed, it may take a week for your bank to credit your account
